Hood
opened at speed!
Somehow the lockmechanism didnt locked,and the hood blow up by a
passing truck.
Crackz in both windshields, centerpost damage, and both frontfenders
bumped, together with hood deformation in backlips, and wideness..
Now i´m makin a safetywire! The original stops in the hinges just
deformated.
Not a happy day... |

Because of primertype, i didnt want it not covered
up by paint, and needed some of the bodywork done before sprayed.
Color is what i´ve had, and will be changed later....

FRONT END!
KingPins
got needle bearings, and even smoother steering!
The original KingPin bushings was removed, and Torrrington bearings
fitted instead!
No more add of lube each month!

are made up front!
A friends parted a Cutlass, and the rest was checkin, recheck,
work,check again,
and further on, OK!
Of course with renewed high grade brakefluid,
fabricated
of locals, and local shops delivery of standard
parts, for easyness in later renewing, if needed. |
