Now, the fender is nearly complete again, with all welding covered with filler.
Dolly & hammer work needs some time,but, knock till it get the right shape, test,adjust, test and adjust again for perfect fit and shape.
A lot of work, but the shape specially on front part is like it should be!
Also the inner fender / rocker area is looking good, ready for floor to be welded.

The outer skin for cruisershirt is ready for mounting. This is also shaped with hammer & dolly, with small knocks to adjust the right fit to the frame.
This is to be so dentfree as possible
to nmot inteference with
groundwork.
New shaped housing for the teardrops!
The lights is gonna be frenched, and the house get  pressing at sides for a better look   (more in customize ).


At least! The rear left fender is new welded inside out!

Rear wheelopening at right side is in progress....... Inner fender is welded nearly complete, and outer is cutaway for adjust of cruisershirt opening.


The tailfin lighthouses are welded in place...... so on we go!
Needed move the car for a short spin...

The rear rockerpanel is also welded in place, and newmade rocker/floor to
chassie strenghtners.
After get tired of knockin´out the similar part on the left fender with hammer and dolly, i decided to make me my own "english wheel" ( how to on LINKsite). I used a wheel bearing and a rodlink at a tractor for the rollerwheels.
In the mean time a friend,  (Dodge 52)  got birthday, and i´d made some fendershirts to his car, with lot of use of the english wheel and flangeroller..

 The rear fender at right side is done!
Fabricated and welded in place, rustproof painted,and in right shape.

Then rocker panel under dooropening is next.........The old cuttet away, new is adjusted to fit, welded in place, grinded and TAtaTA, It´s OK!

Did adjustet panels against the bumper- board for better fit against bumper.
Front housing for lakepipes is mounted on right side rocker panel. The pipe is welded to body,and lakepipes extend out in the back.Front end of housing is styled against wheelopening.
